My trim kit arrived today and I wanted to thank you. I was a little apprehensive but found that my worries were not necessary. Not only is the kit exactly what I was looking for, but it also fits perfectly. I am not the best at fixing or making anything, but found it very easy to install. It only took about 30 minutes total and it looks great. I want to thank you for your help and service. I will be contacting the dealer I bought the microwave from to let them know what a pleasant experience this has been.

Message Box - I recently ordered a custom trim kit for my microwave oven.
My kitchen cabinets were constructed 20 years ago to fit a microwave oven. I had to purchase a new microwave about 2 years ago, and of course, the ovens are much smaller.

Frankly, I did not have much confidence in my dimension measuring and your final product, and put off ordering a kit for 2 years. The kit fits perfectly! I am thrilled.
